Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of service and our role

Alam Al Raya Travel & Tourism provides search, booking and coordination services involving airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa and insurance providers, event suppliers and other travel partners. For many services we act as a booking intermediary; the final service is also subject to the actual supplier’s terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must have legal capacity and authority to make the booking and payment.
• You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity through your account.
• We may suspend access where misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

3. Traveller details and documents

Names, dates of birth, nationality and passport information must exactly match official documents. The customer is responsible for costs or denied travel caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

• Check passport validity, visas and entry or transit requirements.
• Requirements for children, infants, pregnancy and special assistance vary by carrier and destination.
• Review tickets and itinerary details immediately and report any error without delay.

4. Prices, availability and repricing

Prices and availability depend on supplier responses and may change until final confirmation or ticket issuance. Taxes, charges, currency differences and service fees are displayed in the booking summary based on available information.

• If the supplier price changes before payment or issuance, we will show the new price or stop the transaction for approval.
• A round-trip price may be supplied as one combined fare without a price for each direction.
• An obvious technical pricing error is not a binding confirmation before verification and final issuance.

5. Payment and verification

A payment method may only be used with the holder’s permission. We may perform security checks and reject or hold a transaction where the amount, currency or reference does not match, or fraud is suspected.

• A card charge alone does not mean a ticket has been issued unless booking or ticket confirmation is sent.
• An external payment gateway may process card data under its own terms and privacy policy.
• You must not replay payments or manipulate prices, discounts or payment confirmation messages.

6. Discounts, vouchers and promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated validity, channel, route, carrier, fare class and limits. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A discount obtained through a technical error or manipulation may be cancelled, with the correct price presented before completion.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare or service rules and supplier policy. Some bookings are non-refundable or may involve a fare difference, supplier penalty and service fee.

• Refund processing starts after supplier approval; arrival time depends on the supplier, bank and payment gateway.
• No-show or late arrival may cancel remaining segments without refund.
• Fees for services already performed are non-refundable unless applicable law or the booking policy requires otherwise.

8. Baggage, seats and extras

Baggage allowance, seats, meals and special services are controlled by the carrier and may differ by fare and segment. Displayed information is a guide and should be confirmed on the ticket or with the carrier before travel.

9. Visas and travel requirements

The customer is responsible for visas, permits, vaccinations, passport, entry and transit requirements. Assistance or information about a visa does not guarantee issuance or admission; official authorities make those decisions.

10. Supplier changes and force majeure

A supplier may change schedules, routes, aircraft or accommodation, or cancel due to weather, government action, disruption, technical failure or events beyond reasonable control. We will assist with options permitted by the supplier but cannot guarantee an option the supplier has not approved.

11. Acceptable website use

• Do not probe, bypass or attack website security or send harmful automated traffic.
• Do not manipulate prices, discounts or payment data, or impersonate another person.
• Content, marks and design belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

We use reasonable care in displaying information and arranging bookings, but are not responsible for independent supplier acts, sovereign decisions or indirect loss to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy published on this website, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the competent Kuwaiti authorities and courts. Questions or complaints may be sent through the Contact page or to info@alamalraya.com.kw.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service or regulatory changes. The version published when a booking is made applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
